Just an update. I talked to the guy on the top of my list because he has awesome paddocks and has hosted heaps of autocrosses etc. before. He said that unless it was proper organised car club stuff then no. The reason he allows car clubs to use his paddocks is because they have public liability insurance for 2 million dollars and he is covered if anything goes wrong. Without that insurance though he doesn't want to risk it because of OSH regulations and stuff.

So sorry about that one but don't be disheartened.

I will ask the next person down tomorrow hopefully. Their paddock isn't as good but he's always paddock racing and should be pretty keen for it.

Will check back when I know.

I have news. I have someone who is very keen to have a bit of paddock racing at his place, he would appreciate some payment as well if thats cool because he has to mulch the paddock first to make it suitable for road cars and that costs money.

When I find out more I will let you know.

Or those who are keen.. (those in Chch)... CCC Grass Motorkhana, This Sunday 21 May, Grass Paddock (second left off Leggotts Rd, off Hasketts Rd) @ 8.30am, any Warratable-ish car allowed, road / mud & snow tyres allowed, $15, no Motorsport license required, no Club Membership required if you haven't done 2 before.

Had a hand in a couple of the courses, those who raced / saw the Sprints at Ashvegas last weekend might see something familiar on one of the courses :)

Feel free to PM if need more details..
If I say I don't need anyone
I can say these things to you
'Cause I can turn on any one
Just like I turned on you
I've got a tongue like a razor
A sweet switchblade knife
And I can do you favors
But then you'll do whatever I like

Yep, and for free as well.
Don't just sit in your cars either, come make yourself known..

If you wish to enter, its $15. (6 courses, 2 runs at each course)
