Them look like Legacy wheels, so my guess would be yes they will fit..

if these are Subaru, the stud pattern will fit but if you have 4wd then you will need spacers at the back.

Hey, not sure if this will help at all, but...when we tried to put our Caldina factory alloys onto our Subaru they didn't fit onto the hubs properly, same offset but the hubs are different. (the nuts were different too)
So yeah it was the other way around from your situation but I'm guessing this info could still help you in some way.

I have impreza wheels on my celica, they fit, but subaru hubs have larger spigot (so no other way arround - no fit), the only problem for me is offset (and only at the back because of 4wd struts)...
