first dyno run for this new car.
couldnt use over 8psi as the very old dyno we used (shore performance), my wheels kept loosing traction on the rollers.
VVT was used and gained lots of torque in the low to mid range.
we managed to get 187kw atw @ 8psi at 7000rpm and the power hasnt even dropped off yet!! also considering this dyno reads much lower than all the other ones in Auckland!.
so off to a hub dyno to run 25psi and more revs , Will keep you guys updated on the progress.
Here some plots its hard to read the comments in them. but they say:
1st graph, first run of the day no VVT and nice intake temps
2nd graph was about 45mins later after tuning in the VVT and trying diff on off points but the best seemed to be turn on @ 2000rpm and turn off @6000rpm, less kws due to MUCH higher intake temps as we moved their little fan to cool the manifolds therefore no air to cool the intercooler.


here is the new graph this was at 25psi but boost drops to like 24psi as its on the limits of the turbo, the 330kw run was when it was on 27psi of boost!!! but we didnt wana run that as it could be getting unsafe on 98 octane, it wasnt knocking but its just a piece of mind thing lol




4th gear getting forced up and down too much causing it to rub into the bearing and syncro hub and causing it to try jam 4th gear so its like i have 4th gear in neutral sometimes.
