Easy as job.
Just buy a small bottle of fluid- it will be enough to flush the system fresh. Find some tube that will fit snugly over the bleed nipple. put on, with other end of tube in a container/jar. Loosen bleed nipple about half a turn, pump pedal. check fluid after every few pumps- you dont want it to go down far. Ideally, you will be able to see the container, and once all air bubbles and old fluid is flushed out, tighten bleed nipple, make sure fluid is topped up to max, and you are away.
