2jz pistons

Does anyone have a picture (or a set) of 2jz gte pistons? Do you know the dish volume (if they have a dish).

Im looking at using a set in a different engine, they match up well. Only question is what the top of them look like.

Also would they be ok at low boost, maybe 15psi with 1mm machined off the top?

Lastly, do good 2nd hand sets come up for sale? what do they go for?

Well, considering they're designed for forced induction, they'll tolerate 15psi quite happily. Guess it does depend on the head though, 15psi with 11:1 static compression might be a different kettle of fish..

I found a picture of an aftermarket set. They have a dome rather than a dish. Is this true for standard ones? if so its not going ot work for me. Thanks

I don't know if you've had much to do with engines, but generally forced induction motors = lower compression, and one way of doing that is having a dished piston.
NA motors need higher compression to make more power, and one way of doing that is with domed pistons.
