Have anyone here got a SAFC or vacuum gauge in their car with blacktop 4age?
I need a vacuum reading at idling.

By increasing the volume of pipe wouldnt that delay the map reading and smooth the peaks and troughs that the ECU sees?
I realize effects would be minimal, however its still an adverse effect.

I dono I dont use map, but its very possable, there is also another vacume feed on the other end of the engine might be a beter choice

Redmist: that's why factory place the map sensor on a short hose.
In practice, this doesn't seem to matter though. Look at the majority of ecu's out there running onboard map sensor with great results.
