can you recognise this suspension part?

can someone tell me the part that is the strut thingy circled in red in these 3 pics? I need to replace it to get a new wof. The wof guy said it would probably be a rear radius arm or something similar? I cant remember exactly what he told me.

Im hoping to take the car down to toyota dealership here in CHCH and get them to look at it and name it/give me product numbers etc so I can get one off revhead, but I cant get there for a couple of days, so it would be helpful to know what it is b4 hand.

BTW the cars an ae101 gt-apex superstrut

Give revhead your chassis codes and tell him you want either
48068E ARM SUB-ASSY, FRONT SUSPENSION, LOWER NO.2 (RH)
or
48069A ARM SUB-ASSY, FRONT SUSPENSION, LOWER NO.2 (LH)

Yip thats the #2 lower arm, and even with Revheads discount are around $400 ex japan. I think you'd be better off just getting it rebushed if thats what is the problem.

But are you sure that is the part requiring replacing? Usually is the other 2 piece lower arm/ball joint which connects to the bottom of the strut.

Yea, went back to the WOF guy, and he said it was the ball joint at the bottom of that control arm, the one that connect to the bottom of the hub assembly. Can this ball joint be rebushed/replaced without replacing the whole arm?

eg whats circled:
