where to dispose engine oil

I just replaced the engine oil...but dont know where to go

Where should I dispose of my used engine oil? (just go for any gargae and ask them?)

Ring a couple of larger servo's and see if they know Or maybe like the Styx Mill dump?

Yeah stix mill dump have a oil/battery etc dump, you go into the recycling bit on the left as you go in.

Or like Al said, petrol stations should have oil dumps.

i work at a petrol station and we dont have any such thing aye so go to the dump

I took all mine to the Sockburn dump. Head down the driveway, turn right into the recycling part of it, just to the right of the main building there's a little shack with "Waste Oil" written on it. You're allowed to dump 20L max at a time.
