Removing manifolds.

Postby Quint » Thu May 18, 2006 2:39 pm

Time has finally come to take off my manifold and put in my two spanking new (ok 2nd hand) knock sensors...

Just wondering before i start, will i need to run my little legs off to toyota and order in a new intake gasket? or should i be able to pull a sneaky and re-use the old one.

You should get away with using your old gasket - assuming that it doesn't break when removing the manifold. Might be worth ensuring you can easily get your hands on one just in case
