Do these fit like a standard headunit, ie I have to find a loom adapter or spend ages doing each wire into the headunit

With those ones, how do you get them to run through your speakers? Do they hook into your headunit somehow?

With the second one, you would need a seperate dvd player or ps2 unit, and a head unit that is capable of recieving an audio signal/RCA`s.

Run the video lead from the ps2 to the screen and the two audio leads to the head unit. My head unit has a cd changer input that you can plug a unit into that accepts rca`s.

What head unit do you have?

Just get one of those connector blocks from repco, there's only gonna be a couple of power wires, earth, and a couple of sensors.

If this takes you ages, or you can't tell if your headunit has input capability perhaps you should take it to an installer.

My honest opinion. Put a ps2 in it. Easier to steal than a DVD player, but then again with a screen in it, its gunna atract attention anyway. But if ya gunna play DVDs, why not allow for gaming too? As stated earlier, Headunit with an RCA is the first thing you need

Ive heard of a unit that you are able to plug RCA`s in and it transmits a FM radio frequency. You then just tune your radio to that frequancy and pick up whats coming in from the RCA`s.

Want it for TV too,

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... d=57390092

All that needs is a power supply feed, and away she goes

With those, to run PS2 through it, does one RCA(Yellow) go to the TV, and two (White and Red) go to the headunit for the sound?

In short, yes. You could hide the ps2 in the glovebox. The slimline ones are pretty slim (no pun intended  )
