NOPRW is actually gone...

With the cost of a plate why don't you get something you can keep rather than making it specific to the car.

However ... how about

MY LVN - it's still available
RCELVN - your user name indicates you race your liven...
'96 RS Mirage Race car... (and when I'm a good girl; EVO 1!!) 2014 Toyota Hilux - daily driver!!
Gone but not forgotten: Race car AE85.6 Levin, AE101 Trueno, 84 MR2 AW11, 94 MR2 SW20, SR coupe KE35, AE92 FXGT, AE91 FXZS...

Why have a plate at all, it's only extra weight and it all counts on the track

Perhaps it's needed when it's being driven on the road, might be a legal requirment ya think.

Four screws and the plates are off on race day, so it's not really an issue.
My race car is road legal with a P-Plate, so I know why he might want one. Makes it just a little more special. :D

Good on ya's, he doesn't say if it's road legal or not - perhaps he's looking at making up a plate for 'wank' factor!

If it is a road car, perhaps the $400 odd dollars he's gonna spend on a plate would be better spent on making the car get around the track quicker, after all that is the point of racing.
