Caldina models etc

hey, im looking around for a caldina, wont be for a little while cause i cant afford it yet but ive been looking and just wondering if anyone has a link to a site or could tell me the differences between the models - cz, tz and whatever else, i know the tz-g has the 3sge and i'd like that, does anything else or are the others all 3sfe (a GT is out of my price range unfortunatly) ? and what did they change what years if anything important? im probly looking at something 1994-1997 depending what i end up spending and all that.

only GT is 3SGE engine...
rest are 3SFE or 3CTE or 7AFE
