MegaMeet 2006 - Naki - in or out

Postby Santa'sBoostinSleigh » Thu Jun 15, 2006 3:02 pm

OK well if i am to do some organising, i kinda need to know numbers.

accomodation-wise, i have been told a deposit in advance needs to be made if we want to secure a few places.

IF MM06 comes to the Naki for labour weekend, are you seriously in/out or a maybe

like i said, trying to get some idea on numbers and activities.

from today, its about 18 weeks away

im guessing accomodation would be around $100 for the 3 nights (a deposit will be required)
at a guess you may need one to two tanks of gas while in the Naki over the weekend (depending on locations/events etc)
the indoor speedway will cost, depening on how long you want to play for
paintball may be an option
food-wise, i may be interested in organising a communal type thing. depending where we stay and how fussy people are etc (this will be an upfront cost so i can arrange it)

Please dont give bullshite answers, this is to ensure things run as they should

cheers
Andrew

Yes for me of course!

The more organisation the better of course, that way group discounts etc may apply, and booking early may prove cheaper, people do actually come here for a holiday at Labour weekend so dont expect that all accomidation etc will be available, plus there will most likely be a few event on.

Planning people, planing!
If you say please, im on my knees

Definately keen to come up, but i'd probabley be looking for a passenger to split the fuel costs, or go as passenger with someone. Of course it'd be great to take my own car but i've got to be realistic about how much I can spend :)

yea but to get to the bolts you gotta take off the whole bumper anyway :x
