Which wheels would look the best on my Levin?

Postby *mel* » Tue Jun 27, 2006 12:24 pm

I'm going to buy some new wheels for my Levin this week but I can't decide which ones I like more so thought I'd see what you people think.

At the moment it has Avanti KAOS wheels on it:
(Came with them when I bought it)

I don't like those ones so its time to get some new ones.
The two options I'm deciding between are these SSW Wheels:

S 013 Trex

or

S 017 Zenith (Hyper Black)

These are to go on my AE111 Levin which is Silver
Please let me know what you think :D
Thanks

I vote Trex because there's not really a good range to choose from to start with. :P

Otherwise I would have voted for TE37s. 8)

Whichever (Of the bottom 2 obviously) is lightest.
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

Thanks for the votes and opinions so far.

My first thoughts were to go with the Trex, because they're what I had in mind when thinking about getting new wheels. But when I went to see Pete the other day he mentioned that he put some Zenith wheels on an AE111 Levin (white) the day before and was surprised how much they suited the car and looked good.

As far as I was told they will both cost the same price. Not sure if/which one would be lighter, I might need to ask Pete.

The Zenith ftw.

Add's some intricate detail to the pretty unremarkable shape of the AE111 I reckon.

Ok guys - I'm actually going with something different altogether but still similar to the Trex wheels. They're going on tomorrow :D

Here's a picture of the ones I've chosen now:

Do you have larger photos by any chance so we can actually see what it looks like? Looks tiny just on that small photo and can't really see what it all looks like...
