Thanks for coming along to help you guys. Was really good to have lots of helpers, rather than "just enough to get by". Hopefully there were enough of you there that you could rotate jobs, and spread the load a bit.

As always, I was helped by a huge team of people, from documentation, to scrutineering, to timing, to cone marshalling, to putting the courses up, to putting all the cones away at the end of the day. I think I had 25 drivers, and about 12 people (including some of the drivers) helping yesterday.

Oh yeah, and people to get my car moving again. I went down the far end of the paddock to remove the rope gate keeping the cows out. Promptly sunk on the 36psi road tires, and needed a bit of a shove to get moving again.

Was good to see how things run & put names to a few more faces, definitely a few characters out there thats for sure & things ran pretty smoothly I thought. Only one real blonde moment during the whole day that I witnessed, but that blonde driver shall remain name less wont he  (not you Leon btw)

Every now & then a driver ended up with a clip board in his lap taking a few times or on the end of a stop watch so it wasnt all that bad

It was a fun day for sure. Can't recall the ground being so greasy and just got greasier.

So much fun sliding sideways - sometimes it was possibly intention but I couldn't possibly comment :)

Repower beast is going very nicely. Though, am currently extremely concerned that the DeTomaso Charade straight out of the box is actually a better club car than the Corolla that I will have spent at least $7k on. This is a very scary thought.
