hey guys just wanted to know wat these run stock standard (only intake)with the 3sgte engine in the qurter mile an yea its a 1991 5 speed manual.....

No, filter and exhaust and a bit more boost will get you around 200hp at the wheels depending on how good the motor is, and may be enough to get you a high 13.
Getting 12's isnt too much of an expense either, plenty of info around here on how to do it ;)
