Shelly Bay Sprint

This event is planned for the 5th Aug. Good for spectators, always has a good turn out of cars too.

For those who don't know it is held on Massey Rd but your best to enter from the Scorching Bay end.

Should be cars running by 10am and then throughout the day so come and support a local event.

It is easier to get to a good viewing spot if you are there early but you should still b eable to get around between cars/runs to get to a good spot.

Best viewing is from the sea! You can follow the cars around the full course if your good!

Yeah, that will be because of the effin big crash Kim Naylor had into the tree last year. If that had been a half cage, he'd be in a wheelchair if he was really lucky.

Yeah, it flattened the roof onto the cage, bent the cage, killed the seat mounts, shifted the battery so it arced out on the clamp, and left a paint mark on the tree.
