removing outer body strips(mouldings) and the adhesive goo!

hey guys this has been covered before but coulding find it anywhere
whats the best way to remove the black moulding stips down the side of my wagon? basically i want to know how to get all the adhesive off without damageing the paint and without taking ages aswell.!
any hint and tips would be great!

Prepsol works really good for taking off the tacky glue!!!

No worries,
Painters use it to clean down car bodys after sanding etc to remove residue, dust etc before spraying painting. Repco stock it, or stock the equivalent in another brand anyways. Good stuff does a real good job!!

just remember to re-wax ur car afterwards, prepsol takes all the wax off.

its possible to use a hot air gun. mainly best on stickers. dont know about the mouldings tho... worth a shot :)
