Spolier light = rear stop light?

Postby xRyanx » Tue Jul 18, 2006 9:39 pm

Im wanting to de-spoiler my car once i get my front and rear lips, i was wondering however, is my spoiler light my rear stop light?
Will i get a warrent if i despoiler it?

Any help would be appreciated.

yeah the spoiler light is your high stop light. if you take it off you should get one of those ones that stick on the window and you'll be sweet. i think they only cost about $50 and saves you the hassle of taking your car to the wof place twice if you fail on it.

For a temporary solution, you can use the spoiler light and stick it on back parcel tray.

I really should get around to getting a proper light  3 WOFs later tho and I'm still using it

i bought one from repco the other day, after arriving home and opening the package, i decided i didn't like it anymore. i want one of those normal wedge shaped hella ones. none of this narva adjustable crap, in either mega telescope wedge or frankfurter shape.

Haha.. ditto, think Bex got it from the same place as me.. Super Cheap :D

Don't be like me and think you can take your spoiler off and get away with no highstop light! I got pulled over like to days after I took mine off and the w#$%^@ cop gave me three gay choices of what to get a ticket for.. I chose the 'no highstop light', he gave me the ticket, I went and got one the next day, installed it and then wrote a letter with the receipt attched and got off it
