lol... i thought it was a turbo for some reason....

Ok then, stillllll, its just kinda crusing at that rpm, so the induction noise should be stuff all.

You'd think so. :lol:

BTW since it's a VVTI engine, doesnt that bump up the RPM at which they test it?

dave, ill think youll find that as theyre no testing under load (i think), you should be fine

Yeah, I'm safe from scrutiny for the moment, as my exhaust system is stock, and pretty quiet.

But when/if they bring restrictions on induction noise, it might be a different story.

I'm planning on building a box around the pod regardless, a nice side effect of which is that it will shut it up a bit.

heh less noise AND more effective when done right... sounds good. i estimate this will be done over the next 2 * or so

nah it shouldt take you too long, surely its at LEAST half as difficult and time consuming as a paint job... so you can already cut estimated time to 3 months :lol:
