Installing Springs/Suspension into a AE85/86

I just undertook the task of installing new springs into my car (as when i purchased it, it had cutties :S) and the front springs have been a bitch to put in.

Has this been covered in the tech questions segment? Or does anyone know a step by step guide. Mine are in now but im wanting to know if there is a better/easier way.

there will be step by step guides to replacing springs onto struts...

so yeah, search for something like "replace and springs" or the likes
