Damn, I've seen Champion plugs sh*t themselves in a similar fashion before, but not NGK.
My advice to you would be to take it to a mechanic if you're not confident trying to get it out, you might be able to easy out it.

I've had Champion Race plugs that were neither Champion or Race. After fouling them once, cleaning them up, three would die under load! Never had problems with NKG or seen the threads sheer like that!

I had a customer come in with some Champion plugs from a 265 Hemi, and the electrode was actually sliding up and down inside the porcelain

well good news guys, I talked to my mechanic today and he suggested I tap a tapered flat head screw driver into the bit of the plug which was stuck in the cylinder and just unscrew it like that, and it worked a treat !

So now I have one of the old plugs in until thursday when I get paid, it's a different type of plug though, is that gonna matter?
