I know Lunchie (user name) was down in dunners doing a law degre or somthing, but i havent seen him post for some time.

Um, Lunchie is quite the religious chap (who would of guessed!) but now hes overseas with a christian group helping those in need...

last i heard he was in the US or Mexico..

He occasionally pops up on msn....

nice guy.... REALLY wouldnt have thought that... i think he was gunna be a lawyer.

Anyway yeh, drop e-mailing or pming him, but i highly doubt hell reply :P. (try pming Ajz, he knows the whole story)

I'm currently studying a bit of law now.
Do you have anything on paper?
Receipts for the work done and the fact that they mentioned something to do with the steering arm?

If so it would help a great deal if you wanted to take this further...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if they did the clutch, they would of had to have played with the steering arms...


How long ago was the clutch done?

Basically,

Ring a lawyor. Say what happened, and they will tell you whats up. Wont cost anything to ask.

Im no lawyor, but id say theyre 99% likely to be busted and have to pay for all the damages.

Get onto it, there is laws about time after the incident and time it took to file a report etc.

Now you can join allan in the lets leave or broke cars on the street club

How many lawyers have you dealt with.

If you ring up and get thru there secratary and get to them,
they charge you.

Haha at last count i think there where 3. i think the council is trying to make me move mine.
