Or me :) Nothing FWD now thankfully.

Doesn't matter if they're Toyspeed members or not, just organise a cruise and mention it on here for those that are interested to come along for the trip or for a look.

Down to the penninsula then back home the top road!!!!
This Sunday 13th August Midday at the edgar cntr!!!!

All peoples TS or not welcome as long as they luv oldskool toyota's
Just for the luv of RWD toyota

P.s. There will be a anonymous TS member taking plates of any car doing naughty stuff! These could be handed to the police!! This is standard practice for most club cruises. Please respect TS and the Law

Talking bollocks about toyota's all day is legal though

So is anybody gonna turn up

Cause im pretty sure no one is

Damn

Big round of applause for us!!

I think maybe we should give ourselves a bit more notiuce and have it around some awesome event like this!!!!

South Canterbury Car Club Clubsport are holding it's second trackday on the 30TH September 2006 at Levels Raceay.

the event will comprise of quickfire 1/4 Mile sprints as well as standing start timed laps of the short track with the possibility of an extra event to be added.

you will need:
car club membership,
clubsport or better MSNZ licence,
helmet/overalls/secure fire extinguisher(not needed if only doing1/4mile),
car that meets either Sch.A or WOF standard.

documentation/scrutineering from 8am at the venue,
$50 entry fee.

if you are not currently a member of a car club, but wish to enter, SCCC
fees are:
Junior (under 21) $35.00
Competing $85.00
MSNZ clubport licence $55.00
these are annual fees, and allow you to enter any clubsport event run by a MSNZ club (i.e Canterbury CC, Autosport, RATEC, Ashburton CC, Otago SCC etc).

for further infomation either contact me or go to :

http://www.southcanterburycarclub.org.nz/index.htm

Im sure we could have a cruise to timavegas for this!!!!
Im gonna have my licence and extinguisher by then so im gonna thrash my 3a-u round lvls and down the 1/4. Maybe i can break the record for slowest 1/4 and lap

It's gonna be pretty funny!! :P

We have to be there. I should be able to get most the rwd rolla boys up there to have a laugh too

should be a no-contest, unless that bog-standard 2K Starlet turns up, he's the only car i've ever beaten down the 1/4.
i gave the lads at Southern Skylines a wizz-up about the trackday, and advised them to taunt and tease as many Hondas,Toyotas etc into entering, so we'll see what comes of it.

i believe OSCC do a part yearly membership for those tight-arses out there.
I've been a bad bad boy. I should read the rules and behave before I get spanked by an admin

f#@k you i won't do what ya tell me

Have a think about one a long long way away.... say the Festival of Speed next year. Am going to try to get a few people I know along. Supposed to be a Toypseed display but I'm sure just a general Toyota stand would be great whether its old school stuff or not.

Might be able to drag along:
My KE36 with 3T-GTE
KE36 with 4K bits
KE20 with turbo 5K
KE20 gloss black with 5K, sidedrafts, gilmour drive etc
SW20 Turbo Gen4
AE92 Levin
AE101 Trueno GTZ

Yes, it would be great to see you guys there (i'm a part organiser now, responsible for helping to get the word out there to clubs and so on) and hopefully the naysayers don't have yet more 'nay' to 'say' this 'time'.

'End'.

SFoS would be rockin! DOCNZ have their annual stand there, if we could get a Toyota one happening it would rock, I'll be coming down for the next one in the KP all going to plan (road tripping with the Datsun boys) so I'll be a participant for sure.
