Toyota crowns

Hey guys in thinking of getting a crown is there anything i shud look out for when im looking for one?
most liky one from 1980-89 or sumthing just as a cruzer.
what springs can these take from other cars or aftermarket ones ,how low and you put em etc...
if any one has one up for sle pref statard i;d be interested in a look
