yeah im currently looking at my options
i really wanna use the current tune as its really smooth and its running well on this turbo. id also like to reuse the manifold if i can get away with it, which leaves me either wrx tdo5 or vf series options.
a ts/t4 is being considered but the attraction of a straight swap is the ability to have it going again cheaply and quickly.

Im in the same boat here IH8TEC and Bazda... Have $&#$% my brand new T28bb on the run just after flygt4's at Manfeild!

So gutted.

What would you guys suggest as a replacement, I'm thinking of going with the t3/4 thing but probably can't afford a new manifold aswell. Are there any good ones that won't need a twin entry manifold and would be similar to the t28?

IH8TEC, have you had that new turbo setup on the dyno? I'd love to see how well it spools.

not yet aye, need to get a different manifold made up becuase it was hitting the eng mount. :( i was in the same vote as you, didnt really want the twin entry, partly becuase the manifold costs more, and partly the lag as well. unfortunatelly, i dont think mine will be on the dyno for about 3 weeks, so wouldn't be able to let you know until then. i'm crying out for more boost though. lol, i'm lucky i can still drive my car though i guess, just a little smokey lol.
