I'd also not recommend powdercoating as it'd probably clog the fins on the core. If you're really after the stealth look then a light coat of matt black will do the job nicely.

just for future references... I ran into one of the guys who works there this morning, he said that shiney probably isn't the best, but they can do gold and black, and ultra sheen black, said it looks like a black chrome... I wonder what my whole car would look like in black chrome... mmmmm black chrome goodness
