Do the 3sgte with 4wd conversion, its an awsome idea. Something id love to do to my ae101 fxgt one day when im not a student anymore.

Go on, do it you know you want to!

& if you or someone else does it first then my girlfriend will stop threatening to kill me everytime i bring up the idea of doing the conversion/build.

Any pics of the latest progress on it? or is it still secret squirrel?

Their high comp is the first issue you have to contend with if turbo/SC'ing it.

If NA, they are fine barring a bit of a tendency towards mis-shifts causing blown oil pumps.

If doing a bit of ~1G cornering, a baffled sump is suggested.

Half cut 2zzge is ~$6k as of about 6 months ago when they got one for my car.

if you want some more info on parts, try my site, dave.net.nz/old_site and check out the car pages.

nope, I think it was an option for them though, so some may have them... If you want a TRD one ~$1200 from Mr Revhead last time I asked, Quaife one is ~USD$4k from c2 power I think(might have been hass).

All plus fitting which is about 4-5 hrs as engine has to be lifted out or suspension assembly removed from memory(read it online so not certain of it).
