Wheel alignments

my car was pulling to left heaps so i got a wheel alignment today

after i had it done still pulls to the left just not as much

have i had a crap job done? or can it be something else apart from the wheel alignment

car is a ae101 gtz

Jammed brake callipers, tyre pressures, imbalanced drive, some FWD cars favour the side with the shorter driveshaft, even a mild camber on the road itself will cause most cars to pull left slightly, even if you can't see it.. I wouldn't worry about it, unless its' uncontrollably bad!

sounds to me you have low caster on the left hand front which basicly means your alignment guy only adjusted your TOE and didnt bother with your castor or camber. where bouts are you??

i've heard sometimes is caused by the suspensions

get a results sheet which has a summary of the before and after?- lots of places doing that now.

as above, all sorts of possibilities. If its ever had a knock, its possible the car is a wee bit out of line and they adjusted as much as possible.

but yeah, if its only a little dont worry. if it botheres you go back to where you had it done and confront them about it.

I wrote a email to beaurepairs head office in aussie about the place i went to not bothering about camber and they did it again free of charge did the camber that time.

Quite a lot of the time it is the tyres that cause the car to 'pull'. Do a rotation and report back.
