Dashboard Ghosts

Hey guys & girls

Sometimes when i turn my curren on on cold mornings i get a loud clicking from within the dashboard, it stays when the car is off but power is on, does anyone know what this maybe?

Maybe it is not from dash but from ABS?

im not sure, before i was driving along and went over a bump and it started doing it

Sounds like a relay fault of some sort...
