supercheap will sell you re-labbeled cardbox boxes as mufflers.

repco can do mufflers from southwards engineering and now also from Chase mufflers. the guys who do Rage, RPS, and a few others i cant think of off the top of my head.

in my opinion, ya dont need the super blingy wank wankn chrome jobs off trademe, you get something that will do the same, if not better job from repco or pitstop or similar, at more often than not, alot better price!

Those power pro ones are imported and sold from the unit next door to my workshop they are the best quality made in china ones ive seen and heard .
personally i agree with Pies tho too shinny, too wanky, i just have a standard pit stop muffler on a 2 1/4 inch full system , one resonator and always liked it till i made a full 2 1/2 inch system one resonator with a power pro dumpy for a Black top i installed in a ae101 shape sedan a couple of months ago it sounded mint definatly a nice note not at all raspy like mine
not trying to talk power pro up i can get them for $&#$% all and still dont use one i would love that sound i just couldnt think of anything ruder than i big shinny thing hangin of the back of my car
NZ new AE82 GT sedan I TRD I was stolen in january still nothing recovered ! I TRD I is now a notchback ae85 with full ae86 running gear , high comp pistons , hks cams , etc

I had a rps rage on my silvertop, both when it was NA and when it was turbo.

1100mm coby, std cat convertor (lol) and a rps rage muffler (the adjustable silencer model).

Sounded good, and wasn't loud (esp with turbo...) or raspy.
