Are you sure about that? Your not meaning the 1g version vs the 3s version?

I drove 3 or 4 altezzas before I brought the Caldina.

I liked the look of it and that was about it. THe seats were uncomfortable, it was much slower on the pick up then the Dina... And they basically have the same engine.

But each to there own.

Hey, The Toyota Altezza is an absolutely brilliant car, and in my humble opinion the best car Toyota produced in recent years.

Try and find a RS-Z if you can.

Also have a look at this club http://forum.altezzaclub.org.au/index.p ... 69&act=idx

My old TTE Lexus IS200 with a Supercharged 1G FE in it and it had no problem leaving 4cl Altezza’s behind.

Impartial about the kit, I think it looks arse, there are so many better ones... Really tidy engine bay... From a dealer so you'll get all the warranties... umm the seats :? hmm dunno... black would be better...

Good km's though... I still want a tezza... been looing for ages too, may get one when the caldie is all mine :D

Thanks dude, loved that car!

Brought it when it was almost new and there weren’t 500000000  Altezza’s cruzing round Auckland at that stage let alone any with forced induction!

Ps My mate has a corolla that looks just like yours but it runs a horrible r#$or.
