tasty mr2

Postby FXGTV » Tue Oct 10, 2006 7:17 pm

While flicking back and fowards between Bathurst and the motorsport on 3 I saw an extremely sexy mr2 featured on NZPC TV (at least i think thats what it was called).

It had the plate 'boostn' or something to that effect and man, that thing was done up to the hilt. Wasn't much too look at, but the engine was completely reworked, with an estimated 345 odd kw! Made me drool :)
Wouldn't be too surprised if someone on TS owned it.

It is a feature car in last months issue of performance car magazine. It is the most powerful 2 litre on pump gas to hit speedtechs dyno.

Yeah, the V8 idea was scrapped but the 3SGTE is currently in the car, just needs finishing off.

I have it now, it's not anything as extreme as a v8, just a stock silvertop for the moment, it's in my profile, link in my sig.
