is it 4af or 4afe.
ones carby ones efi
disks and drums
fuel pumps prob diff also
gearbox i think
engine, soch different p/s/ alt locations
interior.

reread your original post, im 99.9% sure there is no such thing as twin cam 4afe.

it has two cams, but only one cam wheel(the other cam is driven of a drive on that one wheel

it has lower compression, nana spec cams compared to G. Power and torque band shifted down. They are DOHC. Heres some specs:
4A-FE DOHC 4/22.3 87-90 1587* 100@5600 101@4400 3.19 3.03 9.5:1
4A-FE DOHC 4/22.3 89- 1587 103@5600 101@4800 81 77 9.5:1

When i was looking at ae92s I remember you could also get a 5afe, which was 1500cc.

Both had c52s as far as I could remember, drums on rear.

If I remember anything more Ill post back (it was ages ago)

the interior can get worse??? lol well iv got a 4agze at the moment and im looking 4 a car to put it in.iv got an ae92 trueno with a silvertop at home but its a bit ruff and the engine is fuked its got no balls.I dont really want to put the 4agze into the trueno cause its ruff and real ugly which brings me to the point of this post.theres a levin for sale which has a 1600 (non 4age in it) and i was looking at geting that and puting the 4agze in it, i think the guy said it was a 2t or sumthing iv texted the guy asking exactly what engine hes got but he hasnt replied.

The fe head design is totally different, it's narrower and the second cam is gear driven. The engine has a better low end than the ge but has not much up top. Better for towing and also more economical.
