how much boost u going for?

stock springs are used by many for 18psi and 8k rpm.
i think youd need to be pretty damn serious for anything more than TRD group A valve springs

I think for what boost I run the TRD ones were just under our calcualtions for what we needed.
Thats why i went to performance springs which were just over what I needed, this is all relative to the 20v not 16v though.

I'm using crow cam springs in my 16v which have 85psi seat pressure.
The cams im using required at least 70psi seat pressure.
and these cams make good power upto around 7500rpm
