it looks as if its been out in the rain, is it still useable?

get it surfaced and bead blasted and it will look like new

Yeh that will be fine, I had one in the same condition, gave it a skim and rust killed it coat of paint perfect. how much did you pay for it?

140 incl postage from welly i think, its a ae101 gze wheel

yeh people want the earth for those. If you still havent done anything with it in a couple of months time I will have my own sandblaster.
