camber plates - have to be certified???

will i have to certify the camber plates? my setup is koni shocks/king springs

I don't belive so , my WOF guy was happy with them (3 WOF's), till I added coilovers , then I needed a cert

"Understeer" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"Oversteer" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"Horsepower" is how fast you hit the fence.
"Torque" is how far you take the fence with you.

I'm 90% sure that you don't, I too have seen cars with them get wofs', in fact, didn't the older TA22-ish Celicas have them factory? Or am I thinking of another car?

they change a suspension mounting point so LEGALLY they should be certified
