st185 overboosting? Help me Please!

Ive got an st185 gt4 i was running a Racepro boost tap and could not get it to cut would just run an open wastegate. I upgraded to a gizzmo IBC hoping this would fix it, But still the same i have replaced the actuator with another and i am still having the same problem. Is the wastegate on the gt4 to small to run these this is the only explanation in the IBC manual. ps. runs perfect on 7 pound with controller dissabled.

Have you disabled the t/vsv? My old mr2 used to freeboost with it still enabled and a bleed valve. Disable it and you will be sorted.
