ive got a 20 spline t50 im building, got a feeling it was out of an ex-speedway car in which only certain gears were used and parts from the other gears removed. so i'm missing one of the selector things pictured above.
problem is but I don't know which one i'm missing...the middle one is there, but the other selector ive got seems to go on either end of the gearbox (either 1st / 2nd or 5th / reverse gears i think). are the selectors for these sets of gears different or not?
I can't spot any differences when comparing the selectors on a 22 spline gearbox, but I may be missing something.
so can anyone confirm if these are actually the same for a 20 spline, otherwise how to tell which gears the selector I have has come off?
