oil feed n return - 4agte

Postby Kov » Thu Nov 09, 2006 3:12 pm

Okay before I get ripped up I've searched long and hard and not really found too much that helps.

I'm really just after some images of peoples oil feed/return lines on their 4agte's or some advice on where to take them from. would plumbing it back into the sump be fine or would I be better off putting it into the block above where the oil sits as to avoid backpressure?

more questions to come, been procrastinating for too long :?

How well did you search? i'm sure this has been covered many times before...

What you'll need is the drain to go directly to the sump with as little bends as possible and a min. of 1/2" piping.

Threads like this:

and this:

might be some help :o

using a oil sandwich plate like this is a easy/good way to feed oil.
