Well, the change up to 8.9:1 pistons is well worth the investment in a set.

The car was so much better for it. Hard to tell if it made a lot more power than the old setup,
but definatle did not make less, and has a far wider rev range,
to the point I new see full boost more than 1500rpm earlier than before,
and you can imagine what that did to the rest of the power curve.

Unfortunatly though the car had a bit of a problem after the two practise and qualifying and the first race and blew a head gasket.
Will investigate and see why, but dont think it was too much compression.

Have a couple of vids from the day. may shorten one up and host it and post it for those who are keen.
