2-3 weetbix, covered by All Bran then a layer of Sultana bran on top of that.

The top layer used to be cocoa pops but trying to eat healthier :wink:

yes weetbix is good, however recently iv been having cheerios, quite good!
coco pops are THE best though.

if i dont eat breakfast, im dead by 10.

used to be 4 crushed weetbix with milk microwaved for a minute and then 2 teaspoons of sugar sprinkled over it.. it was like a card board paste :lol:

at the mo its berry berry nice

and muffins and coffee = increased waist line..

I am convinced All Bran is made from Ryvita offcuts, which in turn are made from recycled corrugated cardboard. Most vile shit on the market.
