I'd say this would have to be purely based on bias. YB blocks get all flexy at over 400hp, and need serious coin thrown at them to handle decent power. Even a lowly RB20 can handle that kind of jandel without changing anything. I'd rate a 3SGTE at a similar place to the old YB, and I really am not a fan of 3SGTEs.
The Cossie has a huge amount of following, with good reason as they were ahead of their time- but these days they really really just aren't all that. I definitely agree with both the fact that the 4G63 is damn near (if not the best) mass produced 2l turbo motor, and the fact that I'm anything but a hardened Mitsi fan.
