There are really strong Normally Aspirated 4AFE's in South Africa_as this is a mass produced engine here_we have lots of stuff we can get for the car_mine is slightly modified_only had 50mm stainless steel exhaust and 4 into 1 extractors on stock motor and I ran a 16.6 quarter mile at the coast _below is a list of mods we do to our 4AFE's here in South Africa :

-Extractors [we call them branches]
-Stainless steel exhaust systems [50mm to 57mm]
-Headwork_gasflow_port_polish
-Cams
-Lengthened and three seat angle valves
-Higher rev valve spring kit
-Lightened Flywheel
-Short Shifter
-Modified and gasflowed intake manifold
-Lightened aluminium crank pulley
-Crystal ECU mod_remove rev limiter/speed limiter_increase rev
limiter to a safe 7200rpm
-Dastek Unichip
-Etc Etc

There's loads out there_we experiment a lot

With these mods we can comfortably do low 15 sec quarter miles.. -
