i had a 4afe and wantedx to do the same. But then i thought for the couple of horsepower difference its not work the hassle. better off getting a mr2 GT or a ep82 GT... some real boosting power...

you doing a blacktop conversion? been there spent that, brakes and stuff pretty cheap and easy to upgrade, I bolted and entire AE101 levin subframe and brakes in the back of mine to replace the drums, doesnt handbrake as well but cant really fault it otherwise
currently beating - AE101 Sedan, blacktop/6spd, tein coilovers, braided lines, cup holder, and every other bloody thing possible.

Tell you what bro out of all the toyota cars the ae111 levin or truno are one of the best looking cars, but if you wanna really wana pimp your ride chuck a 4agze or a silvertop motor in it cheap az if you no the right people. and then you ride wont just look phat but sound phat. Ive got a ae111, just about finished the body work az i have made my own custom kit and painting it canary yellow, and im chucking a silvertop engine in with standard 160hp
, and im gonna mod that up maybe even chuck a turbo on it, still considering it. but bro 4afe engine slowwww azz standard, you can chuck a certain resister on you airflow, which will turn your horse power up 5 or more horcys
works exactly like a racing chip, but way cheaper. what it does is trick you ecu to thinking your car is heavier, so it it sucks more air ,in a way, safe az won't damage your engine. done it to mine went hard, shatted on some 4age
but seriously put a hotter engine it bro, think about it bro!
