4AGZE electrical plug identification

I am sorting out the wiring loom on my project car and I have one plug that I dont know what its used for, the wiring diagram I have doesnt show it on there. The looms from a AE101 GTZ.
Its a blue wire with a white stripe goes to the "Z" ecu conector.
On the circuit board its labled "EVP"

Can anyone confirm this?...
As all the 4AGE's I have seen just have a vacuum line going from the charcoal canister to the inlet manifold, and not to a solenoid valve, but in saying that it could be different on a 4AGZE?
