Package for sale on TradeMe...

Postby peas » Thu Dec 07, 2006 6:34 pm

Just wondering if this is dreaming, optimistic or about right? They don't come up that often so not really much to compare it to though most of the AE92's I have seen all running seem to hit about the $5.5k mark...

Your thoughts?

Probably not bad when you consider the price most people want for a 4AGZE. You get this one rebuilt (hopefully well) along with turbo and manifold and clutch, LSD box etc etc. Assuming you just need to make up a bit of plumbing/hose stuff then its probably not bad. Sell of bits of the body if you're wanting to make some of it back.

Cheers man. I ran it past some mates that know there stuff and they thought that it was resonable for what you get. I aren't interested in making lots on it (Im not really making anything!) just moving it at a fair price. Going home for christmas (not that it really needs to be sold before that), flat being sold, a demo'd shell (thanks to some scummy low life bored $&#$% that will get what they have coming if they are tracked down) that was mint and was being used for the transplant and a sever lack of time.

Come to think of it if anyone wanted a facelift AE91 with a 5A-FHE in it then I will consider all offers over $1, you just have to pick it up from New Lynn. Panels pretty much all damaged and most windows smashed.

if it had an aftermarket efi system i'd say it was a good deal, with std ecu...... i'd say 3K was closer to the mark.

Haha you didn't notice the user names? And it is $3.5k ono so $3 might be a decent enough offer down the track. Thanks for your opinions.
