4age black top running rough

My blacktop 4age wont idle nicely it sounds sort of like a really slow rota and if i and flooring it when i change it sort of sounds like i have a blow off valve haha and when i start in first gear it studers for a few secs then takes off it also has very noisey tappets any ideas what the probs maybe i thought i may be air/fuel mix, vaccum leak or maybe something to do with the ignition side of things

ok replaced sparkplugs leads and filters thinking in maybe injectors or a vaccum leak is there a place where a hoses comes off often on these engines
