does anyone know how much a trd lsd for a kp starlet is worth and also where bouts in japan do you order them from?

I got a trd lsd with my car (ke25) when i bought it and the guy told me it would be worth about 800-1000 (second-hand), seems crazy but i suppose if you cant get them anymore?
