ok heres the deal....
say you sold a ##### to a guy .he pays you and a month later its still sitting at your house

the sftr thst month he decides that he dosent want it snymore and starts abusing you and wanting his money back.....
obviously ou cbf going though the effort of selling it again

do you
take said item and shove it up his arse\
take said item and throw it though his window\
give his money back and resel the item again

is this really the sellers problem ??
or is this a problem that the buyer realllly need to adress himself

wayne

btw this is attually nothing to do with me :D

As long as he knew what he was buying then he has no legal grounds to seek a refund.

Tell him to $&#$% off and give him a deadline to pick it up.

Then take it to the dump or on-sell it to recover doctors fees for your "emotional distress".

Make sure you keep any abusive txts or other forms of correspondence.

Well, did the seller say they were coming to collect it? If they were expecting it to be sent out and it wasnt due to CBF'd ness, then the right thing to do would be to refund them.
If they were going to collect, and have been given ample reminders about the item, then tell them to get stuffed, come get the item and they can resell it.

fu#k him keep his money and give him 3days to collect, after which time it will be place on front lawn for inorganics or who ever picks it up first.

hes obviously a time waster, id doubt that youd still have the cash on hand a month later, its now major inconvienance for you to give it bac to him, and with his current attitdude id tell him were to go.

Have him find another buyer and sell it on...

Some guy (cant remember his name) bought an aussie and a ct20b off al, then had an unfortunate series of events and needed the money back... He (the buyer) found a new buyer (me). I paid Al, Al sent it too me. Once my business with Al was finished and we were all happy the money was refunded to the original buyer.

Al was pretty good to that guy however. I would say the buyer should aquire the parts hes paid for, and then sell on himself. Once the money is sent to the seller thats it, no refunds... Thats the way its done on ebay.

Buyer has not paid in full and buyer was to pay remainder on pickup.

In that case tell him to pay up and take his goods, or piss off an leave you alone to resell the item. The deposit was paid to secure the goods and should not be refundable if he no longer wants them.
